| Hi, Tara! I did receive my cane! I went to the post office to pick it up. I LOVE it! Not only is it greatly needed but it looks exactly as I hoped it would. I haven't been out with it yet but instead of the "what happened to you" looks and questions I get, I'll bet they'll be saying, "That is SO cool! Where did you get it?" | I am sorry it has taken me so long to let you know how much everyone is enjoying the fun cane you decorated for me! We have had 3 get-togethers with my group, so now I think almost everyone has seen it. They are all very impressed! I am having so much fun using it! I did consider gluing some purple boa feathers on it as you had suggested, but have used it just as it and think it is just fine without any more on it. So, I am a happy camper! The cane with all the photos on it have become quite a conversation piece among all the 'girls'! Even the lady who does my hair was impressed at how good it looks! I had used it one day at the beauty shop because my hair gal does some of the others in my Red Hat group! Thank you again for all your trouble and work on it! |
